At 27 years old, standing at 6’4” and weighing 321 pounds, Dotson, a former player for the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, showcased his skills in the 2023 season by starting in 14 games for the Rams. He notably earned the second-best PFF rating among 79 eligible guards in the NFL, according to Pro Football Focus (PFF).

According to NBC Los Angeles, Dotson quickly emerged as one of the league’s top-rated guards and a cornerstone of the Rams’ offense following his acquisition from Pittsburgh during training camp. Throughout the 2023 season, Dotson proved himself as a formidable run-blocker while committing only two penalties and allowing just four sacks. His performance has garnered increasing recognition, reflected not only in his recent contract extension but also in his growing reputation within the league.

Dotson’s upward trajectory is mirrored by his fellow offensive linemen on the Rams, as they collectively demonstrate exceptional skill and effectiveness on the field.
